Kenya Dalton
Founder & Principal Healthcare Operations Consultant, True Consulting Firm
Kenya Dalton brings 30 years of healthcare experience, including 27 years in operations, to True Consulting. Her career spans primary care, specialty care, behavioral health, skilled nursing, and community health.
She has led multidisciplinary teams, managed operations across multiple clinical locations, and served as a HIPAA Compliance Officer. Her experience includes organizations with up to 47 providers.
Kenya understands the pressures facing leaders and frontline staff alike. She works with both to develop practical improvements that support employees, strengthen operations, and help organizations better serve their communities.
